DESCRIPTION:On April 29th\, 2020\, 1pm-2pm\, you can join our Zoom meeting. Please INBOX our Facebook page\, or email us at 7gensanishinaabemowin@gmail.com\, to receive the meeting information via private message. Due to recent occurrences with disrupted Zoom calls we are going with a more secure way of participating in these sessions.\nThis learning session is designed to introduce learners to the usage of preverbs in Anishinaabemowin while also looking at translation and transcribing skills and tools. Jason Jones will lead participants through a translation activity with audio from a first language speaker.\nParticipants are encouraged to ask questions. This is a safe online space for language learners to engage with some concepts of Anishinaabemowin. This gathering will utilize online tools to help keep us connected to our language and knowledge keepers in this time of social distancing.
